Are You Ready to Feel Better Right Now?

Are you ready to feel better right now?

I am noticing that there is a general SOMEDAY belief out there about when things will get better. It is something I struggled with in the past and still do sometimes. I would think, “I don’t have time to work on that now. I cannot give that my attention right now. I will suck it up for now and deal with it later. I will just have to wait to feel better.”

Somewhere along the line that strategy stopped working for me.

I got tired of being mired in bad feeling thoughts and shackled by behavior that was not in alignment with what I really wanted. Then I tried a different strategy.

I decided that I would do what I could to shift how I felt in the moment rather than waiting for someday.

With that decision in place, I developed new practices to shift my mindset and my feeling state. There are many I tried and some that I found more effective than others.

Surprisingly, one of the most effective strategies is for me to take a 15 minute nap. It really does help to stop the negative energy flow, reset and start anew. There are other strategies I have developed that work for me and I have laid five of them out in my latest blog 5 Ways to Live Your Best Life Now Instead of Waiting For IT.

If you have strategies that work for you, I would love to hear about them.It always helpful to have as many options as possible for shifting my energy and I love to share effective strategies with my family, friends and clients. So please send them along to michelle@liveinradiance.com.

Sometimes, even with strategies for shifting, it can still be difficult to shift out of patterns of thought and behavior that we have practiced for a long time.

If you are looking for support in shifting out of old limiting patterns and want to feel better now, you can set up an introductory coaching session with me by clicking here.

As always, wishing you the joy of living your most fulfilling life.

About Michelle Thompson

I'm Michelle Thompson. As a child growing up in a small town on in New England, my life was peaceful and happy - filled with love, respect and room to develop into who I wanted to be. With this foundation, I was set on creating the same thing for my own family one day. 25 Years and five children later, the road to my dream was A LOT bumpier than I had anticipated and there was a time in my life when I felt like I was powerless to change my experience until one day I “woke up” and decided something had to change. I use my own personal journey to help my clients thrive as individuals and help create happy families.
