Can You Be at Your Best?

Starting 2019 off with a bang, I want to invite you into a year of You At Your Best! I want you to join me in an exciting adventure of becoming more of who you are meant to be, as determined by you. My personal intention is to drop all barriers to being the best, fullest expression of who I am, while supporting others to do the same.

To get the ball rolling, I want to share with you a powerful reminder of how we create our own experience. I recently coached a client regarding a change in her love relationship. A change that she found very upsetting and saw as the cause of extreme bouts of feeling powerless and frustrated. Our conversation brought to mind a common internal drama that people often generate and perpetuate by believing someone else is the source of their happiness or the cause of their unhappiness. As we worked through the issue, I was also reminded of a brilliant and highly effective technique for reclaiming your power to generate your own emotional experience and shift from pain to happiness.  Check out my newest blog to find out “What To Do When Your Happiness Depends On Your Partner Changing.”

While you are there, check out my new, revamped website.  Each month there will be new content to support you in living your most radiant life.

Keep your eyes open for more frequent blogs on living a self-aware life, building more connected loving relationships and parenting from presence.

When you take charge of being the best version of you and bring that to ALL your relationships, you create happy families at home, at work, and everywhere you build your circles of connection.

I am so excited to dive into 2019, embracing more creativity, more self-awareness, more authentic connection and thrive, thrive, thrive! I hope you come along with me in creating your best year yet.

As always, if you are looking for additional support in shifting out of conflict and into connection in your relationships, I am happy to help. You can reach me at

About Michelle Thompson

I'm Michelle Thompson. As a child growing up in a small town on in New England, my life was peaceful and happy - filled with love, respect and room to develop into who I wanted to be. With this foundation, I was set on creating the same thing for my own family one day. 25 Years and five children later, the road to my dream was A LOT bumpier than I had anticipated and there was a time in my life when I felt like I was powerless to change my experience until one day I “woke up” and decided something had to change. I use my own personal journey to help my clients thrive as individuals and help create happy families.
